At Rooted Functional Wellness, we take a holistic, whole person approach. We believe that we were designed by an intelligent creator who has provided everything that we need to thrive. We honor the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right support. We prioritize nourishment through real food and promote living in harmony with nature.

We believe true health is built by addressing the root causes of imbalance and supporting the body as a whole- body, mind, and spirit. Rather than chasing symptoms, we focus on creating a strong foundation for lasting health, resilience, and vitality. Our holistic approach leads to lasting change and truly restorative healing.

Our Approach

We work to identify and address the underlying causes of chronic symptoms by supporting the body as a whole rather than treating individual symptoms. Through Functional Lab Testing we assess the most common areas of dysfunction that can drive imbalance: Hormones, Immune system, Digestion, Detoxification, Energy Production, and the Nervous System. These systems are deeply interconnected, and dysfunction in one often affects the others. This along with the foundations of assessing vitamin and mineral balance gives us a clear picture of how to support healing. Once these imbalances are identified we take a comprehensive approach to healing including individualized nutrition, integral lifestyle adjustments, and oftentimes targeted supplementation. Addressing all these factors that affect our health is how we help restore balance, improve resilience, and support the body’s innate ability to heal.
